Every Veteran Deserves a Way Forward.

Our Mission

Veterans Treatment Court ensures that no veteran stands alone while navigating the justice system. Through peer mentorship, accountability, encouragement, and connections to chemical dependency treatment and other supportive programs, we help veterans from every branch regain stability and move forward with purpose. Our trained veteran mentors do not serve as overseers—they stand beside participants, listen without judgment, and offer support grounded in shared experience.

No Veteran Stands Alone

Veteran Mentors play an important role in supporting participants throughout the Veterans Treatment Court process. Mentors are fellow veterans who understand the culture, challenges, and experiences associated with military service and are willing to walk alongside another veteran as a trusted source of encouragement, accountability, and peer support.

The Mentor Program is designed to strengthen connection, build trust, and help participants stay engaged as they work toward greater stability and self-sufficiency. Mentors are not responsible for treatment, supervision, or legal guidance; instead, they serve as consistent, positive role models who listen, encourage, and help fellow veterans navigate the journey ahead. While the court team provides professional guidance and resources, mentors offer something equally valuable: the support of someone who has served and understands.

“Brotherhood is more than shared service. It’s showing up for one another when the mission changes.”
